About the Role

This is a PRN night shift position that offers a fulfilling and rewarding career opportunity. As an LPN/LVN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, observing patient behaviors, and collaborating with Registered Nurses to execute patient care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, aligning with personalized care plans and physician orders
  • Observe patient behaviors, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current LPN/LVN licensure as required by state regulations
  • CPR certification
  • One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting is preferred
  • Rehabilitation experience is preferred
