We're seeking an experienced Applicant Attorney with a background in Workers Compensation to join our esteemed law firm. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of experience in independently managing, evaluating, and progressing a caseload of around 200 files.

As the leader of a dynamic team, you'll be responsible for overseeing various legal proceedings such as depositions, status conferences, MSC's, expedited hearings, lien conferences, and trials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and evaluate a caseload of around 200 files
  • Oversee various legal proceedings, including depositions, status conferences, and trials
  • Lead a dynamic team, including a case manager and a legal assistant

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Workers Compensation
  • Excellent organizational and self-motivational skills
  • Effective communication, both written and verbal
