Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient referrals and outpatient services
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Make recommendations to management regarding scheduling, hiring, and performance management of clerical staff
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Business or Technical School training preferred
  • Strong medical terminology skills required
