Responsabilidades Clave
- Actuar como enlace entre los Gerentes de Proyecto y los electricistas en el campo para asegurar el cumplimiento de los planos y especificaciones de construcción.
- Coordinar y programar las actividades diarias de los empleados y subcontratistas, asegurando que se realicen dentro del tiempo y presupuesto establecidos.
- Promover un ambiente de trabajo seguro y ayudar en la implementación e interpretación de políticas y procedimientos de seguridad.
- Monitorear y resolver cuestiones relacionadas con procedimientos laborales, quejas, daños, accidentes y retrasos.
- Implementar y supervisar el plan de construcción, incluyendo la programación y logística.
- Planificar, organizar y dirigir la producción de acuerdo con el alcance de trabajo contratado.
- Construir y mantener relaciones con constructores, propietarios de viviendas y compañeros de trabajo.
- Coordinar la producción y asistir a reuniones con otros oficios y el constructor para identificar y resolver conflictos.
- Asegurar que todas las instalaciones cumplan con los estándares de calidad y normativas.
Habilidades, Conocimientos y Experiencia
- Experiencia previa de 3 a 5 años como superintendente eléctrico en la industria de construcción residencial unifamiliar.
- Licencia actual de Wireman o Journeyman.
- Capacidad para organizar y priorizar tareas, comunicarse efectivamente, entregar trabajo de calidad y construir relaciones con propietarios, constructores y compañeros de trabajo.
- Familiaridad con el uso de computadoras y la gestión de documentación extensa.
- Capacidad para realizar las demandas físicas del puesto, trabajando en condiciones interiores y exteriores con variaciones extremas de temperatura y clima; escalar escaleras, agacharse, arrodillarse, y levantar objetos pesados de más de 50 libras.
- Disposición para someterse a una verificación de antecedentes penales, de manejo y de drogas previa a la contratación.
- Horario típico de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., con posibilidad de trabajar algunos sábados y estar disponible para emergencias.
- Título de secundaria o equivalente.
