As a leading Life Plan Community, we are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for our residents. The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a vital role within an assigned unit, dedicated to assisting residents with their daily needs and ensuring their overall well-being.
This position emphasizes the promotion of positive engagement, encouraging participation at the highest possible level, and enhancing the quality of life within the community. The RN is tasked with providing clinical leadership, which includes defining, planning, organizing, directing, managing, implementing, and evaluating the nursing services delivered to residents. Additionally, the RN will oversee medication administration and maintain communication with primary physicians, families, and other care staff regarding resident needs.
Responsibilities also include supervising nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, ensuring that all team members provide the highest standard of care.
We are seeking RNs for all shifts: AM, PM, and NOC. Our nursing staff is expected to work every other weekend.
