Your expertise will be essential in providing direct patient care, directing and guiding patient/family teaching, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in our Medical/Surgical Unit, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:
  • A current and valid state RN license.
  • A current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
  • Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
