Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Caf Latte Barista to join our food and beverage team. As a barista in Caf Latte, you will enjoy creating handcrafted Intelligentsia beverages for customers, preparing food items, and creating long-lasting memories for our guests. The ideal candidate can work at a fast pace, has attention to detail, is focused on cleanliness, and has a great personality. Your role will involve greeting and serving all guests in a positive and friendly manner, following predetermined instructions regarding recipes and quantities, and properly using the POS system. You will also be responsible for preparing coffee and food orders effectively, being aware of food and product inventory, and maintaining a neat, organized, and sanitary work environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and serve all guests in a positive and friendly manner
• Follow predetermined instructions regarding recipes and quantities, following drink specifications exactly
• Properly use the POS system
• Prepare coffee and food orders effectively as they are received
• Be aware of food and product inventory to ensure adequate par stocks
• Maintain a neat, organized, and sanitary work environment
• Work collaboratively with other team members
