Job Responsibilities

As a Math Instructor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering math instruction to students in-center, online, or via hybrid delivery, using the Mathnasium Method and terminology.
  • Working collaboratively with team members to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Assessing students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions.
  • Becoming proficient in digital educational materials and processes.
  • Maintaining a safe and professional learning environment.
Qualifications

To be successful as a Math Instructor at Mathnasium, you will need to possess:

  • A passion for math and working with students.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • A willingness to learn and be trained in the Mathnasium Method and curriculum.
  • Exceptional math competency, with a minimum of Algebra I.
  • The ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
