We are seeking a skilled CDL Class B Truck Driver to join our team at Richards Building Supply. As a CDL Class B Driver, you will be responsible for safely delivering products to job sites and physically unloading material per customer request. You will also be responsible for receiving materials in the warehouse, loading trucks, and processing inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Safely deliver products to job sites and physically unload material per customer request
- Receive materials in the warehouse, load trucks, and process inventory
- Operate a variety of heavy equipment, including flatbeds, Moffett, and Knuckleboom
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet delivery and inventory goals
- Meet all safety and regulatory requirements, including DOT regulations
- CDL Class B with Air Brake Endorsement
- 1 year CDL Class B driving experience or 2 years CDL Class A driving experience
- Moffett and flatbed experience is desired
- Boom Truck, Crane (OSHA certified) experience is desired
- Ability to drive a manual transmission
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean driving record
- Must be at least 23 years of age
- Heavy Lifting experience
- Must pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen
- 20 PAID DAYS OFF (includes PTO, Holidays and Family Focused Company Closure between Christmas and New Years)
