We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Psychiatric Unit team at Temple University Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care plans under the direction of licensed physicians.
- Collaborate with patients, family members, and healthcare teams to individualize patient care.
- Direct nursing support staff in providing patient care according to nursing standards and hospital policies.
- Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices, methods, and techniques.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred).
- At least one year of experience in a clinical specialty (preferred).
- RN license in Pennsylvania (required).
- BLS certification (required).
