CDL Instructor

At New England Tractor Training, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CDL Instructor to join our team. As a CDL Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students the skills and knowledge necessary to obtain their Commercial Truck Driver License.

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to students
• Evaluate student progress and provide feedback
• Administer written and practical exams
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a positive learning environment

• Must meet the minimum education requirements of all state, federal and accrediting bodies for instructor
• State certification/approval as a CDL instructor (if required)
• Considerable experience in operating Class A vehicles (minimum of 3 years)
• Possess a valid Class A license
• Meet all Dept. of Transportation driver qualification file requirements
