Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and residents
- Document resident interactions and outcomes
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
