Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide high-quality patient care and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations, including workflow optimization and process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other store operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and analyze pharmacy performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. or equivalent FPGEC (NABP) certification.
- Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
- Certified immunizer preferred.
- 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
