We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver Assistant to join our team. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients by providing personalized support with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. You will also be responsible for monitoring patient needs, reporting any issues to healthcare personnel, and assisting with lifting patients from their bed to examination tables or stretchers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Monitor patient needs and report any issues to healthcare personnel
• Help patients move from a bed to a chair or wheelchair and back
• Lift patients from their bed to examination tables or stretchers
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
