  • Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of the Infrastructure environment.
  • Interact with high-level business customers and the global Infrastructure team.
  • Manage, motivate, and mentor a small Infrastructure team, fostering a collaborative and achievement-driven culture.
  • Make informed and timely decisions, considering potential risks, impact, and returns on the business and IT infrastructure.
  • Manage the Infrastructure budget and lead the modernization and evolution of our Infrastructure environment.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of technical infrastructure experience and 5+ years of experience in a team management role.
  • Sound technical knowledge and demonstrable experience of IT infrastructure components, including systems, networks, storage, and cloud services.
  • Any certifications such as CCNA/P, Palo Alto, Azure Networking Associate, AWS Certified Advanced Networking, COBIT, CISSP would be a major plus.
  • Must have Service management experience, ITIL Foundation experience required.
  • Demonstrable experiences in leading and building an ITSM-oriented team.
  • Solid Project Management experience, experience managing complex Infrastructure projects, PMP/CSM certification would be a major plus.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is a big plus.
