    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare providers.

    • Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination.
    • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive clinical environment by promoting open communication and addressing conflicts promptly.

  • Professional Development and Initiative
    • Pursue ongoing education and training to maintain competence in specialty areas and advance professional growth.
    • Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support the development of junior nurses and promote a culture of excellence.
    • Engage in research and evidence-based practice activities to inform nursing care and improve patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or BSN in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
  • ACLS/PALS certification may be required in some practice areas.
Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
