About the Role

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. As the face of our organization, this individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Functions:
    • Welcoming clients and their pets, and providing a warm and welcoming environment.
    • Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments, and ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
    • Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Assisting clients with emergencies and euthanasias, and providing support and guidance during difficult situations.
    • Answering questions regarding our specialty and emergency services, and providing information and resources to clients as needed.
    • Managing medical records, and ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Hospital Operations:
    • Ensuring that the hospital is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
    • Assisting with hospital maintenance, including removal of animal waste and ensuring that the facility is neat and clean at all times.
