As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships by soliciting monthly performance feedback, identifying client needs, and identifying the next project.
  • Prepare and submit monthly project completion reports, as well as monthly progress reports for all projects.
  • Meet monthly with practice leaders to review project performance and provide input to develop project-specific safety plans.
  • Operate within specified budget parameters and ensure effective use of equipment and personnel.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • Proficient in HCSS estimating software and working knowledge of quantity takeoff software such as Bluebeam Revu.
  • Experience working for Heavy Civil contractors on-site preferred, but not required.
