**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our technical support team and drive the alignment of federal requirements for risk management. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in Authorization to Operate (ATO) documentation and processes, as well as expertise in cyber security knowledge through the creation and maintenance of key program documentation.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Design and implement modern call center facilities, coordinating orders for software, hardware, and network components.
- Manage a team of Professional Services technicians assigned to each project, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Verify maintenance costs based on actual hardware and software purchased and installed.
**Requirements:** A Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Networking Administration, or Cybersecurity and Information Assurance is required. 8 or more years of experience in managing technical support and IT program management, with a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification also required.
**Estimated Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
