We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Project Architect to join our team at Pkaza LLC. Key Responsibilities
  • Design Planning and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design plans for data center facilities.
  • Construction Administration: Provide on-site support and administration services for data center construction projects.
  • Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and construction partners.
  • Design Documentation and Quality Control: Ensure the quality of design documents and drawings, and maintain accurate records of project progress.
  • Project Management: Assist in the management of data center construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field, and 7-17+ years of experience as a Project Architect.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in REVIT and BIM, with advanced skills in 3D modeling and CAD computer modeling and rendering software.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Travel and Work Environment: Ability to travel to client facilities throughout the US, and work independently or remotely when not on-site.
