Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Quality Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with healthcare teams, families, and residents to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient care, including progress notes, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Staff Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education and Licensure: Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and prescribing programs.
