Mixology Expert

Job Summary: As a Bartender at Hard Rock, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests. This role requires a strong focus on responsible alcohol service, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to specification, ensuring quality and presentation meet our high standards.
• Properly check identification for guests who appear to be under 30 years old, adhering to our responsible service policies.
• Stock and maintain liquor, beer, wine, and glassware throughout the shift, ensuring optimal product availability.
• Maintain accurate product pars through regular bar pulls and inventories, minimizing waste and excess stock.
• Properly label, date, cover, and refrigerate prepped items for the bar, ensuring food safety and quality.
