Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clinical and patient care tasks for healthcare providers
- Verify patients' medical insurance coverage
- Collect co-payments prior to patient consultations

- Handle clinical inquiries from patients and direct them to the appropriate provider
- Document all interactions in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system
- Manage communications between patients and providers
- Oversee medication refill requests from providers
