We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our Home Care team at Atlantic Health System. As a Registered Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing clinical nutrition assessment and documentation for patients with chronic diseases in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical nutrition assessment and documentation for patients with chronic diseases in their homes.
- Maintain quality assurance and evaluate compliance with corporate policies and procedures and State and Federal guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Home Science or related field.
- Licensed with the State of New Jersey as a Registered Dietetic Technician or Registered Dietician or Dietary Manager Association or as applicable.
- 2-3 year's experience in acute care clinical nutrition or relevant area.
