Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Psychometrist to provide testing services to incarcerated patients under the direction of the Behavioral Health Lead. This role involves coordinating, administering, and scoring quantitative data of intelligence, psychological, aptitude, achievement, and other tests. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work and experience working as a psychometrist. Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness and correctional experience are also preferred. The successful candidate will be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer psychological tests to incarcerated patients
  • Score and interpret test results
  • Provide test data to the Behavioral Health Lead for use in treatment planning
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of test results and patient interactions
