We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. As a Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing potential foster families and extended family homes, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and regulations. You will also recruit and retain superior foster families and extended family homes, providing them with the necessary support and resources to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess potential foster families and extended family homes to ensure they meet DHHS standards and regulations.
  • Complete credentialing and licensing paperwork for initial and renewal processes.
  • Recruit and retain foster families and extended family homes through ongoing outreach and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress throughout the credentialing and licensing process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • At least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
