About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Estimator to join our team at T1P Holdings, the fastest-growing painting company in the nation. As a Sales Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and profitability by assessing costs, managing projects, and building strategic relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct accurate and timely sales estimates, both in-person and virtually, with follow-up actions to secure approval and upsell additional services.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with employees, managers, subcontractors, and clients to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee project management from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget, meeting client expectations, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Uphold company values by ensuring quality, integrity, and exceptional customer satisfaction in every interaction and project.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Two years of sales or estimating experience preferred, but not required.
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel as needed.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of $48,000 - $120,000+ per year, with a $3,000 monthly draw and 7-8% commissions.
