Key Responsibilities- Ensure orders are prepared with the correct priority and accuracy.
- Assist in organizing order tickets and proper placement of food on trays.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain established recipes and standards.
- Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before delivery to guests.
- Assist in delivering orders and maintaining prompt service to guests.
- Maintain the highest level of service standards and provide a best-in-class dining experience.
- Address food/beverage or service-related guest issues and utilize creativity to maintain satisfaction.
- Inspect the premises according to quality and sanitation standards.
- Transfer important information between the kitchen and wait staff.
- Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines, or dish-washing.
- Support bussers/servers in their tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of previous hospitality and high-volume dining experience.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine.
- Basic knowledge of cost control measures and profit and loss.
- Ability to problem-solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- No college degree required.
- Must be knowledgeable of all health department standards and use good hygiene practices.
