Key Responsibilities

Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.

Manage customer requests for policy modifications.

Prepare and issue Evidence of Insurance documentation.

Process premium payments efficiently.

Deliver exceptional support and service to our clients.

Present and clarify insurance policy options tailored to client needs and aspirations.

Address all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales inquiries promptly.

Oversee customer policy renewals.


Qualifications

Possession of a Property & Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

Familiarity with Mercury, Safeco, Liberty Hartford, and AMS is advantageous.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining follow-through and follow-up.

Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.

Exceed expectations of current and prospective clients.

Skilled in handling challenging situations with tact.

Adaptable to change, quick to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
