We are seeking a highly skilled Mobility Coordinator to join our team at Lifetime Assistance, Inc.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the safe and efficient movement of individuals with developmental disabilities to and from day programs.

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

The ideal candidate will have a valid NYS Driver's License, meet the necessary qualifications, and possess excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the safe and efficient movement of individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Drive a vehicle and transport passengers to and from day programs
  • Read and write routine reports
  • Communicate effectively with people receiving service and support, families, and staff
