Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to provide services for school-age students in the Prince George, VA area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and experience working in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to students in grades K-12
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address students' communication goals
  • Provide indirect services, such as consultation and training, to support students' communication development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Active or pending state SLPA license
  • Previous school experience and IEP exposure is preferred
  • Guaranteed hours for direct and indirect services
