Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in leading software engineering teams
  • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript, Typescript, and serverless technology architecture
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or a related field
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, cloud-based security, and DevOps infrastructure-as-code
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to coach and mentor engineers to develop their skills and advance their careers
