**Position Overview**: The **Continuous Improvement Engineer** plays a crucial role in driving efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization. This position collaborates with various departments, ensuring that all processes align with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
  • **Identify and Analyze**: Recognize areas for process enhancement, waste elimination, and cost efficiency.
  • **Facilitate Improvement Events**: Plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • **Lead and Educate**: Mentor cross-functional teams on Lean principles and continuous improvement strategies.
  • **Collaborate Across Departments**: Work closely with multiple teams to enhance both production and administrative processes through Kaizen events.
  • **Support Product Design**: Establish timelines and collaborate on product design to ensure manufacturing processes meet customer needs.

  • **Manage Cost Savings Initiatives**: Oversee programs aimed at achieving significant cost reductions.
**Qualifications**:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; engineering degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in process and operations optimization.
  • Engineering experience in manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Certification in Lean Manufacturing is required.
  • Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage all organizational levels.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated success in leading continuous improvement projects.
