Job Summary:

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure our fleet is safe and reliable for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspections, including tire checks, brake inspections, and fluid level checks.
  • Perform preventive maintenance services, such as oil changes and tire rotations, according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Repair and replace tires, as well as replace wearable parts, such as bulbs and wipers.
  • Maintain accurate repair records and document all work performed.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Ensure the work area is clean and safe, and adhere to uniform and equipment standards.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of mechanical experience in an automotive repair shop, servicing current model vehicles.
  • Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 3 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company.
