Financial Operations Specialist
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the financial operations of Spectrum Solutions' subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Oversee collections and credit checks, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle cash books, bank receipts, and credit card statements with precision and attention to detail.
  • Assist the team in preparing and submitting financial reports, including VAT returns.
Requirements
  • Hold a commercial education and possess at least 3 years of experience in financial operations, specifically in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Have knowledge of the construction industry or related fields, and be comfortable working in this environment.
  • Be proficient in Abacus and work in a structured and precise manner.
  • Enjoy working in a team, but also take initiative and work independently.
