Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Truck and Trailer SVC Tech to join our team at Snider Fleet Solutions. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining diesel and gasoline powered class 5 through 8 Heavy trucks, as well as various types of trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy duty trucks and trailers
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts and inspecting brake systems
  • Install new parts, including cross members, panels, and suspension components
  • Accurately complete DOT forms and other documentation
  • Work well with others and follow instructions from supervisors
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in the industry or related field
  • Valid Class C Driver's License or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Federal Annual and Brake Inspector certification
  • Commercial TIA certification required after 6 months of employment
  • DOT Medical Certification
  • Medium/Heavy Truck ASE certifications preferred
