Neurosurgery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Neurosurgeon to join our team at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen, Texas. As a leading healthcare provider in the Rio Grande Valley, we offer a range of medical, surgical, and specialty services, including a Level III Trauma Center and a Comprehensive Cardiovascular Care program.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Neurosurgeon to build a practice and work with a team of experienced professionals. Our hospital offers a range of resources and support, including access to a da Vinci robot surgical system, an o-arm, a biplane unit, and an angiography suite.

• Perform neurosurgical procedures, including spine and brain surgeries
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with neurological disorders
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of hospital policies and procedures

• Board certification or board eligibility in neurosurgery
• Ability to obtain a Texas medical license or have a Texas medical license in good standing
• Experience with spine and brain surgeries, as well as VNS/DBS and/or stroke treatment

• Guaranteed base salary plus bonuses
