Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Behavioral Therapist to work with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for patients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing behavioral therapy interventions based on applied behavior analysis principles.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough patient assessments to develop effective treatment plans
  • Implementing evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques
  • Collecting and analyzing data to monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong skills in patient assessment and data collection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $70-$85 per hour, based on experience. We also offer a benefits package that includes bonus opportunities, flexible scheduling, and more.
