Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and interpret medication orders to identify and mitigate potential drug-related issues.

  • Prepare and dispense medications accurately for patient administration.
  • Deliver drug information and educational support to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to enhance patient care.

  • Engage in academic activities, including mentoring pharmacy students.

Qualifications
