About the Role:
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing patient care specific to the age of the patient population served on the 3 North-Surgical & Pediatrics floor. The ideal candidate will have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor's degree or associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in an efficient and safe manner, consistent with departmental standards of care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Monitor patient progress, identify potential complications, and take appropriate action to prevent or mitigate them.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
