DanceBUG Inc. is seeking a skilled Sports Photographer to capture dynamic dance performances across the U.S.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves shooting high-quality images, managing data, and traveling to events nationwide. The successful candidate will have experience in photography, particularly in capturing live-action shots, and possess excellent camera skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture well-composed images of dancers with precision and flair.
  • Manage data using custom software on a provided laptop.
  • Upload and/or ship data as required.
  • Communicate with assigned coaches, managers, and onsite contacts.
  • Travel to events nationwide.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a photographer.
  • Experience shooting dance, live-action, sports, concerts, or theatre.
  • Ability to adjust camera settings (exposure, white balance, ISO, etc.) on the fly.
  • Valid America Driver's License.
  • Must pass a Criminal Background and Vulnerable Sector check.
  • Able to travel on specified days.
Equipment Requirements
  • 2 professional-level DSLR camera bodies (Mirrorless preferred).
  • 2 lenses (F2.8 or 4.0), compatible with both camera bodies.
  • 2 or more camera batteries + charger.
  • Monopod.
  • 4 cards with a minimum of 64GB storage capacity.
Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes $300-400 per day, plus an equipment stipend, and all expenses covered. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a renowned company in the dance media industry.
