Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clean-Up Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen and dining area staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and Kitchen Operations
  • Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all items are cleaned and sanitized to our standards.
  • Clear tables promptly and efficiently, resetting them for the next guests and maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
• Supporting Kitchen and Dining Area Operations
  • Assist servers and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed, including restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and supporting overall kitchen operations.
  • Uphold our commitment to cleanliness and sanitation, following proper procedures for handling and disposing of waste and maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Team Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth service flow and respond quickly to guest needs and requests.
  • Take pride in your work and approach every task with a positive attitude, knowing that your efforts contribute to the overall success of CoffeeCo.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dishwasher, busser, or in a similar role is preferred but not required. We are looking for motivated individuals with a willingness to learn and grow.
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet the needs of the kitchen and dining area.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays as needed.
