Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN specializing in MedSurg with a focus on Renal/Oncology care. This role requires a professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic environment.

Certification Requirements
  • License Required: South Carolina license or Compact license is mandatory.
  • Certifications Required: BLS certification is essential; Chemo Certification is preferred.
  • AHA Certification: Only AHA certifications are accepted; RQI is acceptable.
  • Clinical Staff Requirement: BLS certification is required for all clinical personnel.
  • Documentation: A copy of all certifications must be provided.
Job Details
  • Specialty: Registered Nurse in MedSurg (Renal/Oncology).
  • Shift Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, from 7 AM to 7:30 PM.
  • Patient Ratios: 1 nurse to 6 patients.
  • Weekend Requirement: Must work every other weekend.
  • Holiday Rotation: Participation in holiday shifts is required.
  • On-call Requirement: No on-call duty.
  • Floating Requirement: Must be willing to float between similar units or sister facilities.
  • Experience Requirement: Minimum of 1 year of experience is required.
  • First-time Travelers: Accepted.
  • Block Schedule: Open to accommodating requests, but approval is not guaranteed.
  • Guaranteed Hours: The facility reserves the right to call off 1 shift every 2 weeks.
Job Requirements

  • Preferred Skills: Chemo Certification is advantageous.
