Multifamily Property Maintenance Professional

FPI Management, Inc. is seeking a skilled Multifamily Property Maintenance Professional to join our team.
Estimated Salary: $18 - $20 per hour
Job Responsibilities- Maintain the upkeep and appearance of apartment homes, buildings, and grounds in accordance with company standards and safety protocols.
- Perform diversified duties such as repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances, troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and conducting preventative maintenance tasks.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within residential property management or related fields.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License, good driving record, current motor vehicle insurance meeting State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
- Ability to wear a respirator and comply with FPI's facial hair policy.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English, with basic computer skills (email, internet, etc.).
