Behavior Analyst

Abilities, LLC is seeking a skilled Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of individual behavior supports and working collaboratively with our team to provide behavior services under a Missouri Department of Mental Health-Division of Developmental Disabilities contracted provider.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral challenges, skill deficits, and environmental factors impacting behavior.
• Develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and best practices in behavior analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent implementation of BIPs across settings.
• Provide training to Direct Support Professionals (caregivers) regularly using non-clinical language.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other members of the team in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.

• Must be a licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Missouri.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, ability to multi-task.
• Prefer experience with staff training and MO Department of Mental Health policies and procedures.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.

• Salaried position beginning at $65,000 (dependent upon education, experience, and credentials).
