Pickleball Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pickleball Instructor to join our team at North Fulton Community Improvement District. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Pickleball instruction to participants of all ages and skill levels.

• Develop and implement engaging and challenging Pickleball programs for participants of all ages and skill levels.
• Provide expert instruction and guidance to participants, focusing on proper technique, safety, and sportsmanship.
• Assess participant skill levels and provide personalized feedback and coaching to help them improve their game.
• Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes participant engagement and motivation.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective program delivery.
• Monitor and maintain program equipment and facilities to ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or coaching Pickleball, or a related sport.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction and programs that meet the needs of diverse participants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with participants, staff, and community partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and participant satisfaction.
• Knowledge of Pickleball rules, regulations, and best practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain.

• Experience working with youth or adult programs, or a combination of both.
• Knowledge of program development and implementation, including curriculum design and delivery.
• Experience with program evaluation and assessment, including data collection and analysis.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on flexibility and adaptability.
