Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Technician to join our team at AdventHealth Carrollwood. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with their activities of daily living, including basic hygiene, skin care, nutritional and dietary needs, elimination needs, physical activity needs, and comfort measures.
- Perform basic general patient care routines and tasks in a safe, competent, therapeutic, and cost-effective manner.
- Notify the Department Nurse Manager or shift Clinical Leader and the appropriate Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse of any deviation from routine or assigned tasks for assistance and review.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Current Florida certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- BLS certification.
