Compensation:

Based on industry standards and considering the location, we estimate an annual salary range of $65,000-$85,000 for this role. Your actual compensation may vary based on your qualifications and experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Home Health RN to join our team. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordinating care services to residents in various locations within a 150-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Conduct thorough resident assessments, develop care plans, and coordinate care services with other healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure safe and effective delivery of care.
  • May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A valid RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice is occurring.
  • A minimum of 3 months' experience in Long-Term Care, preferably 6 months.
  • Ability to work at least one weekend rotation per month.
