**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vocal Musical Director to join our team at Rockingham County School Division.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement music programs for students, including vocal music and choral performances
* Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate music education into the curriculum
* Recruit and manage music staff, including vocal coaches and accompanists
* Plan and execute music events, including concerts and festivals
* Develop and manage music budgets and resources

**Requirements**

* Bachelor's degree in Music Education or related field
* Experience in music education, preferably in a school setting
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work with students, teachers, and staff of diverse backgrounds and abilities
