Flight Instructor Position Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Deliver comprehensive flight training and theoretical instruction to aspiring pilots at CAU
  • Facilitate training sessions aimed at achieving private pilot, commercial pilot certifications, and instrument ratings
  • Organize student schedules, conduct pre-flight and post-flight briefings, and document training progress
  • Adhere to aviation regulations and promote the mission and values of CAU

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Maintain precise training records and accurate timekeeping

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute instructional duties with integrity and professionalism
  • Uphold high standards of educational excellence
  • Deliver effective training experiences for students

COMPENSATION:

This role offers an hourly wage in accordance with labor regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid flight instructor certificate is mandatory
  • Must hold and maintain current credentials for flight instruction

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proficient in computer applications on both Windows and Apple IOS platforms

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
